Booking Process: All bookings must be made through our official booking forms or by contacting us directly.

Deposit: We require a deposit to secure your booking. Once paid, we make the necessary reservations and the deposit becomes non-refundable.

Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid by the date specified in your booking confirmation.

Late Bookings: For bookings made within 14 weeks (98 days) of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Pricing: All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and subject to change until your booking is confirmed.

Cancellation by You:

• More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus the whole deposit
• 30-60 days before departure: 50% refund
• Less than 30 days before departure: No refund

Cancellation by Us: If we need to cancel your trip, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another available date.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

Your travel insurance should provide cover in the event of cancellations or curtailment due to injuries that can occur in sport. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering:

• Medical expenses and emergency medical evacuation
• Trip cancellation and curtailment
• Sports activities and sports-related injuries
• Personal belongings and baggage
• Personal liability

HitHolidays is not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of adequate insurance coverage.

Medical Conditions: You must inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns that may affect your participation before booking.

Physical Activity: Padel is a physical sport. You participate in all activities at your own risk. We recommend consulting your doctor before engaging in sports activities if you have health concerns.

Following Instructions: You must follow all instructions from coaches and venue staff for your safety and the safety of others.

Personal Belongings: You are responsible for the security of your personal belongings at all times.

All participants are expected to:

• Treat other participants, coaches, and staff with respect
• Follow venue rules and regulations
• Arrive on time for all scheduled activities
• Refrain from disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior
• Not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during activities

We reserve the right to remove participants who violate the code of conduct without refund.

Your Responsibility: You are responsible for arranging your own flights and transportation to the destination (unless specified otherwise in your booking).

Passport and Visas: You must ensure you have a valid passport and any required visas for the destination. Check requirements well in advance of travel.

Airport Transfers: If airport transfers are included in your package, specific details will be provided in your confirmation.

Delays: We are not responsible for delays or costs incurred due to flight cancellations, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Participation at Your Own Risk: You acknowledge that participation in padel activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injuries. You participate at your own risk.

No Liability for Injuries: HitHolidays, its staff, coaches, and partners are not liable for any injuries, accidents, losses, or damages sustained during the trip.

Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for the actions or services provided by third-party suppliers (accommodations, venues, transport providers).

Maximum Liability: Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for your trip booking.

We collect and process your personal information in accordance with UK data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect: Name, contact details, payment information, health information (if disclosed), and booking preferences.

How We Use It: To process bookings, communicate with you, provide services, and improve our offerings.

Your Rights: You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us for any data-related requests.
